Traditionally, we have our Thanksgiving celebration the Monday after Thanksgiving so families can cook and bake over the weekend. Many families come in! It is one of our very favorite events of the year. Here is a list of the foods the families prepare:

Why do I admire Thomas Alva Edison so much?
I admire Edison because my grandfather on my mother's side idolized him from the time
he was a child. He researched and wrote a novel about him about ten years ago. My grandfather
taught me what it truly means to have a passion for something. His interest in Edison carried on to my mother and then myself.
