Welcome to Orlando!
Orlando, to most, is known as Florida's premier tourist destination. Located in the heart of Central Florida, Orlando is home to several attractions. The attractions that are the most well-known are Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Arabian Nights, and Medieval Times. However, there are other attractions in Orlando besides these that you can visit!

  • Orlando is home to the Historic Bok Sanctuary. The tower located within Edward Bok's gardens was built by Milton B. Medary of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1927. In 1929, the 205-foot tower was dedicated to the people of Florida by president Calvin Coolidge.
  • At the Orlando Science Center, you can dig for dinosaur bones, take a journey through the human body, and become involved with real-life science experiments. You can even find out whether you have "superhero strength" or not in an interactive experiment named "Measure Me". In Showbiz Science, you can create your own special effects, and in TechWords, you can become a three dimensional composer as you imagine landscapes and bring them to life using 3D technologies.
  • Ripley's Believe it or Not is also one of the most interesting attractions in Orlando because you can see the world's largest tire and compare your height to the world's tallest man in history. There is a large array of attractions at this Ripley's, and there is another in Florida in St. Augustine.

    ROAD TRIPPERS... You can visit...

  • Orlando Science Center
  • Disney's Animal Kingdom- They have a new roller coaster (Expedition Everest), and at the Animal Kingdom, you can experience an amazing animal safari within the park.
