WORDS FROM Wayside School Gets a Little Stranger
Purpose: Write down the words from the book and write whole new sentences with the words in them.
Instructions: Visit this website to get the new words.
JOURNAL ASSIGNMENT:
Write each word down as well as the definition it appears with. If you already know the definition, you may write a different definition or reword their definition, as long as you are not changing the meaning.
Write five sentences using five of the words you just wrote down. Underline the words. You may use more than one word in a sentence, but remember, the sentence has to make sense.
